Effective inventory control is imperative when utilizing a local storage solution. With this in mind, World Courier has developed CTM-STAR^SM, our own proprietary inventory management and stock control tool, to ensure that all materials arriving or exiting the investigational drug depots are fully traceable.

 

• Each facility uses proprietary software, CTM-STAR^SM, for administration and stock control.
• Remote customer access with 24 x 7 visibility for stocks per protocol, stocks per site and recalled study drugs and distribution shipments to the sites.
• Current and historical temperature graphics for each storage area.
• Access to source documents attached to the system
